We love Boise and strive to live every day helping to ensure it stays one of the best places to live and work. Homelessness is an important matter our city is working on daily. The face of homelessness is ever changing, and being that we are located in the heart of downtown, we are seeing this ever changing face daily.

Often times, homelessness is the faces of mothers and children escaping domestic violence. Fathers who unexpectedly become unemployed and can no longer care for their family. It's tragic, and it's in these times we all should pull together to help.

Caliente Salon believes that ALL people are capable of overcoming adversity and becoming their best versions of themselves. Therefore we are assisting with the fight against homelessness the only way we know how. Hair.

Caliente Salon donates hair cuts on a regular basis to the men, women, and children of our various shelters and community organizations.

We believe in the power of a good hair cut in helping individuals feel and do better.
